Guided Group Yoga (45-60 min)
In this session, staff can expect to follow an all-levels friendly yoga flow while learning more about its benefits. This flow is designed to help the body relax, stretch & decompress after a long day. Staff should be prepared to break a little sweat!
Guided Group Meditation (30 min)
In this session, staff can expect to learn more about various breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises. The main focus of this session is to help release any tension & mental blockers that may be in the way of achieving both company and personal goals.
